- Skilling up or owning the infrastructure isn’t economical
- You simply don’t believe you can do it as well as an external provider
- The initial capital costs are too great
Since 2010 we’ve been building an extensive collection of managed services to respond to these sorts of needs. Multi-million pound investment in our own state-of-the-art dedicated 24x7 Network Operation Centre (NOC), enterprise-class data centre and cloud platform for shared hosting services – Cloud Softcat – is at the heart of our managed services offering.
Delivered by more than 25 consultants, engineers, service delivery and project managers we now support over 150 customers with bespoke flexible managed services, from hosted infrastructure management to generic telephone support services.
We don’t stand still either. As our customers’ needs change so are the managed services we offer and our diverse portfolio continues to grow on a daily basis.
