It’s our aim to bring the same customer service focus to project delivery as we do in all our dealings with our clients. We do this by working within a straightforward, but tried and tested framework. Firstly, we work with you to design the solution you need, taking into account the requirements of the business and assessing the current state of your environment. We then use the plan created during the design phase to deliver the solution to the specification we have created. You might not expect it from a fun-loving company like Softcat, but we’re great believers in the power of project management, as this enables us to capture our customers’ objectives and ensure that we at least meet and preferably exceed them.
