Softcat in partnership with VMware will be talking through how VMware NSX enables Software Defined Data Centres.

The morning will comprise of 3 sessions from VMware and their NSX ecosystem partners, Checkpoint and F5. The first will be introducing VMware NSX and how it can be used to deploy automated, mobile and secure data centre platforms, in particular focussing on how micro-segmentation is key to achieving this. We will also look at the business use cases and how NSX can support the business drivers that are at the core of any technical decision.

The second and third sessions will be delivered by VMware NSX integration partners, Checkpoint and F5, who will talk about their capability to extend and complement VMware NSX with third party functionality. This will be followed by a Q&A session and refreshments.
