During a glittering gala at the Madejski stadium in Reading, hosted by award-winning broadcaster Rachel Burden and guest speaker Sir Trevor McDonald OBE, Softcat picked up the award for ‘Best Company to Work For.’
The Thames Valley Business Magazine Awards is open to every company in the Thames Valley area and recognises not only profitability, innovation and employment but also the contribution made to the local economic community and the provision of support to culture and charities in the region.
Collecting the award for Softcat, Rebecca Monk, Softcat HR Director, said: “Softcat is known within the IT industry for being one of the best places to work, but it’s fantastic to be recognised for this award which looks across all market sectors, and is a testament to the work of everyone in Softcat that contribute to our unique culture and workplace.”
Softcat was also a finalist in the ‘Workplace Mental Health’ category.
