(NHS SBS)/NOE CPC  Tech Devices - Link 4 framework agreement, enabling us to supply essential IT hardware and devices to NHS Trusts and other public sector organisations across the UK.

The Tech Devices – Link 4 framework agreement, valued at £1.5 billion, is designed to modernise the NHS’ IT systems, facilitating the transition from analogue to digital technology. This initiative is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services, ensuring that healthcare professionals can focus on patient care without being hindered by obsolete technology.

Rod Neale, CEO and Founder of Circular Computing, said: “We’re proud to be supporting the NHS through the Tech Devices - Link 4 framework agreement by supplying our carbon-neutral remanufactured and refurbished laptops. This initiative not only delivers the highest performance, enterprise-grade remanufactured and refurbished laptops in the world but also supports the NHS’s commitment to sustainability by significantly reducing the environmental impact of technology procurement.”

Key highlights of the framework:

  • Comprehensive coverage: The framework agreement includes four lots (Lot 1 Tech Devices & Peripherals, Lot 2 Specialist Healthcare Hardware, Lot 3 Printing & Scanning, Lot 4 Refurbished & Remanufactured devices) covering essential devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets, and healthcare-specific equipment like medical workstations and clinical diagnostic monitors. Additionally, it promotes the use of refurbished and remanufactured devices, offering cost-effective and environmentally friendly options for NHS Trusts.

  • High quality remanufactured devices: Lot 4 specifically promotes the use of Circular Computing’s world-leading remanufactured and refurbished devices. It’s Circular Remanufacturing Process goes above and beyond to set the new standard for remanufactured laptops, delivering the highest quality non-new laptops on the market. The remanufactured laptops deliver up to 40% less cost than brand new alternatives, with further savings across some of their refurbished range. Procuring Circular Computing Remanufactured or Refurbished laptops from Circular Computing will make significant contributions towards the NHS’ ESG goals, without compromising IT requirements.

  • Support for digital transformation: By providing access to modern IT equipment, the framework agreement supports the NHS’ vision of a streamlined, inclusive digital health service.
