The day consisted of training sessions on advanced CX, Colo, and Connectivity from Avant Sales Engineer Tom Croft, as well as a discussion on all things AI. The day wrapped up with Avant highlighting some of its top partners during an awards ceremony.
John Dixon, Workspace Consultant and Proposition Owner at Softcat was in attendance to pick up the award and said: “We are incredibly proud to receive CX Partner of the Year from Avant. This award is the result of a real team effort from everyone in the collaboration team at Softcat and our wonderful partner Avant, and shows our passion for providing customer excellence. We are excited to continue our shared success into FY25.”
