Softcat has ranked eleventh on Glassdoor Best Place to Work list 2023
We are pleased to announce that Softcat has ranked eleventh on Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards, a list of the UK’s Top 50 Best Places to Work 2023 with a 4.6 ranking.
This is entirely based on the feedback our employees have voluntarily and anonymously shared on Glassdoor. To determine the winners of the awards, Glassdoor evaluates all company reviews shared by employees over the past year. This year, we are proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s Top 50 Best Places to Work.
We want to thank our employees past and present who took the time to share their experiences working here over the past year. This award is a symbol of the belief our employees have in our vision and our commitment to fostering a workplace that is big on culture, big on teamwork and big on rewards and where personal achievement and team success go hand-in-hand.
Rebecca Monk, Chief People Officer said “I'm so pleased that our incredible employees and former employees take the time to review Softcat on Glassdoor and I want to thank them for making this achievement possible. The reviews mean a lot to us, and we always learn from the feedback. This recognition is a true reflection of all the hard work everyone puts in to making Softcat such a special place to work."
We're over the moon that this feedback has helped us gain this recognition.
Below are just a few words employees shared on Glassdoor that contributed toward the award and make us feel incredibly honoured:
“The culture is above all other companies I have ever worked for. The onboarding process really prepares you well for the workplace. The support given is stellar and makes you feel at ease.”
“Softcat has cultivated an excellent working culture that has allowed them to grow into the business they are today. It is the focus on people that make Softcat so successful.”
“Softcat as a company prides itself on its people, and that shows. The culture is amazing, and the rewards speak for themselves. Great people, great place to work and plenty of resource to succeed.”
