At a glitzy ceremony in Barcelona yesterday, Canalys announced the winners of the Candefero Channel Partner of the Year Awards for EMEA. The event brings together major technology vendors, distributors and resellers to discuss industry trends and forge new business relationships. The awards recognize high achievement by partners in a range of areas, with Softcat picking up the EMEA growth award for the second year running in front of over 1,000 attendees from nearly 25 countries across EMEA.
Collecting the award on behalf of Softcat, Operations Director Alastair Wynn: “Softcat has once again continued to grow exceptionally well, both organically and profitably, while maintaining a strong people culture and taking pride and care in everything we do. To receive this growth award at an EMEA level is a fantastic achievement for everyone within Softcat.”
The event featured packed keynote sessions, more than 2,000 one-to-one meetings and an outstanding celebration party. Winners were selected from the many nominations received by a panel of Canalys analysts, who took into consideration the organic revenue growth of each partner, along with their ability to demonstrate plans for continued growth into the following year.
