We are pleased to share that last month Softcat was awarded the Best Internal Mobility Strategy Award by The Talent Labs at The Firm Awards 2024. Additionally, our very own Elisha Kirkham was awarded Recruitment Leader, we couldn’t be prouder of Elisha and the team!
The awards were held at The Banquet Hall in London on Thursday 6 June with Rachel Cowell, Elisha Kirkham, Keisha Ffrench & Sarah Naylor- Scott from Softcat in attendance.
Our winner, Elisha Kirkham, Recruitment Manager at Softcat said: "I couldn't be prouder of everything the team have achieved in the internal talent space in the last few years. The focus every one of them gives to providing the best possible internal candidate experience is above and beyond anything I have seen in any other business, and it's great to be recognised externally for leading the charge in this space.
