On Tuesday 1st April, our Bristol office officially relocated to Bristol’s Halo Building, just a short walk from our previous location at Wyndham Court. This move is a big step forward as we keep growing and improving our workspaces.
With two recent office relocations in Birmingham and London, this is our third office to incorporate Softcat's new look and feel. The new space has expanded by 3,000 sq. ft., securing Softcat in total, an additional 28,000 sq ft. in office space from relocations
We opened our first office in Bristol in 2014, expanding our presence in the South. We now have a team of over 160, with representation from all business areas.
The new office is well located with easy access to public transport, encouraging staff to reduce their carbon footprint. It is located just a seven-minute walk away from Temple Meads train station and two minutes from Bristol Bridge bus stop. It also offers ample secure cycle spaces.
An array of modern facilities and amenities designed to elevate wellbeing and collaboration have been introduced with this move, including, shower and fresh towel facilities, a fully stocked changing room, four meeting rooms, six meeting booths, three quiet working desks, two snug single-person phone pods, an open team meeting space, six standing desks, several soft seating areas, a peaceful wellbeing room and multifaith room, an entertaining gaming area with a gaming nook complete with two 55” screens and consoles, a spacious presentation space for 60 people and two vendor areas.
James Jarvis, Sales and Office Manager for Softcat Bristol, said: “"Our new office marks a significant milestone in Bristol's growth.
