Softcat recently had the incredible opportunity to be a Platinum Sponsor at the ServiceNow Put AI to Work Summit in London. Another key highlight was the ServiceNow demonstrations, which showcased how AI is being integrated into workflows to deliver greater efficiency, automation and customer-centric solutions. The live demonstrations clearly illustrated how ServiceNow’s AI-driven capabilities can transform operations across the enterprise – from IT, customer services, HR, Finance and Procurement - making them work more efficiently.
It was a great opportunity for Softcat to speak about our own journey with Enterprise Service Management and how we’ve been helping customers to identify and implement ServiceNow opportunities. As organisations increasingly look to AI and automation, Softcat is at the forefront, helping our customers implement these technologies to improve service delivery and optimise their IT environments.
