Celebrating our achievement: Copilot Prioritised Tier

We are thrilled to announce that Softcat has been recognised as one of only a few UK partners to have achieved the prestigious Copilot Prioritised Tier.

Copilot Prioritised Tier is the highest level of partner that Microsoft can designate to Softcat for our Softcat Services Portfolio and means that our practice has been validated across AI, Advisory, ACM and Extensibility.

As we continue to lead in the AI and digital transformation space, here’s a snapshot of some of our recent successes and the impact we've made across AI Advisory, Adoption and Change Management (ACM) and Agents.

Helping customers with smarter AI decisions

Our AI Advisory services are all about showing what’s possible, and making it happen, and our experts have been instrumental in helping customers unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

One healthcare customer wanted to turn their valuable data into actionable insights. Through Microsoft-funded workshops and tailored demos, we helped them explore how Copilot could support key teams across their organisation. This resulted in reduced admin, better patient communications and faster reporting, laying a strong foundation for Copilot and AI adoption.  

Driving real adoption and change management (ACM)

Change only works if people come with you. That’s why our ACM approach focuses on both users and business outcomes.

We worked with a stockbroker to integrate M365 Copilot into their daily operations. Through comprehensive training sessions and a dual-track approach focusing on end-user training and security, we helped them increase user adoption. Two months later, they’d seen an increase of 116 users onboarded, and ROI was clear.  

Smart, practical agent deployments

We’re also giving customers insight into how practical Copilot Agents can be used to solve real problems, streamline their operations and enhance productivity.

A large accountancy firm needed a solution to provide consistent and reliable information across their business. We showed them how to use Copilot Studio to create an HR Agent to conduct searches of documentation and provide up-to-date information. This solution not only increased productivity but also boosted users’ confidence in Microsoft tooling and knowledge sharing.
