MSI UK needed to support remote working and business continuity and had already decided on an AVD migration, but had to drastically accelerate implementation to maintain essential access for healthcare providers after its disaster recovery provider went into administration. With limited in-house resources available to deliver the required changes in time, MSI UK turned to Softcat to rapidly implement a replacement and keep services running.
