“A huge congratulations to all our winners. To see so many brilliant Softcat colleagues shortlisted this year, alongside such strong competition across every category, was a fantastic achievement in itself. I’m incredibly proud to see our women recognised, and even prouder to celebrate the talent, determination and allyship that continue to make a real difference across our industry.” – Rebecca Monk, Chief People Officer

Softcat were highly commended for the Best Apprenticeship Scheme award.

The awards ceremony was held at The Brewery in Central London on Thursday, October 8. Attendees enjoyed bubbly on arrival and a three-course meal. This was followed by a raffle, to raise money for the charity Elly, as well as the iconic silent auction. The awards were presented by Fleur East, and we ended the night with music and dancing!

Well done to all our winners as well as our shortlisted Softcat and Oakland nominees. We’re already looking forward to next year.
