eCAT supports cXML / OCI punchout as well as GraphQL API forms of integration with hundreds of customers, allowing the exchange of dedicated order data. If you’re also consuming services with Softcat then we have additional ITSM API integration options as well.
Can I bring my own renewals to be managed by the platform?
Yes, with your aligned Softcat Account Manager on-hand to help with this.
Can I manage global spend in multiple currencies?

Yes, eCAT can be configured to show each customer their own specific products, services and software, all controlled by your Account Manager and the eCAT Team.
Does eCAT support international access, ordering and delivery?
Yes, as of Q2 2026, eCAT is available in UK, Ireland, Europe (Netherlands, Germany), Singapore, Australia and the USA. eCAT can be used locally by users in these countries as well as centrally for users to order into these countries. Softcat’s Multinational Team can assist customers who wish to procure for other parts of the world and advise on delivery and logistics.
