What is the Business Tech Report?

Every year, we engage with our customers to uncover the technology solutions and services they plan to prioritise over the coming year to tackle their most pressing challenges. These insights reveal how businesses across 27 industries—both public and private—are strategically investing in new and existing technologies to navigate the evolving IT landscape.

This year’s report draws on the perspectives of over 5,000 respondents from the UK and Ireland, providing valuable insights into our customer base and showcasing how organisations are leveraging technology to modernise their operations, empower their workforces, and excel their competitiveness.

How many customers?

We surveyed over 5,000 of our customers from 3,870 organisations across the UK and Ireland. This comprehensive Customer Experience Survey (CES) aimed to uncover the strategic and technological priorities of businesses over the next 12 months.

Customers from 30 different industry sectors highlighted that private corporations are focusing on innovative solutions to enhance productivity and security. In the public sector, the emphasis is on leveraging technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiency within regulatory and budget constraints.
