Our Apprenticeship Programme

I joined Softcat as a Sales Apprentice straight from school with no experience in sales, IT, or a corporate environment. The apprenticeship gave me the skills, confidence, and opportunities to grow, and over the past ten years I've progressed through a number of roles across the business and now lead a team of 16 people. Softcat's apprenticeship programme truly provided the foundation for the career I have today.
