What is Microsoft 365 E7? 

 Microsoft 365 E7 unifies multiple licences into a single suite. This simplifies purchasing, deployment, and management while maximising ROI. 

Microsoft 365 E7 includes: 

• Everything in Microsoft 365 E5 
• Microsoft Entra Suite 
• Microsoft 365 Copilot 
• Agent 365 

By combining these products, Microsoft 365 E7 offers up to 15% in savings, compared to buying each licence separately. More importantly, the combined suite strengthens security, improves identity and access controls, and provides a solid foundation for deploying and governing AI agents across the organisation.

 Microsoft 365 E7 keeps all the capabilities customers already use in Microsoft E5. 

Over the past 12 months, Microsoft has added features to Microsoft 365 E5, like Microsoft Purview and Intune Suite security enhancements. These capabilities continue in E7 and help organisations strengthen their data and security posture as they adopt AI and move towards becoming a Frontier firm.

 Microsoft 365 Copilot 

 Microsoft 365 Copilot has been available for over two years and has already enabled AI transformation in many organisations. It supports four key pillars:

• Agentic AI 

Embedding AI directly into familiar Office apps, Copilot boosts personal productivity. Bringing features such as Notebook and others into the Microsoft 365 Copilot App helps users organise information to work more efficiently. 

Copilot works with data users already have access to, including Outlook mailboxes, SharePoint content and OneDrive.  Organisations can extend Copilot further by connecting additional data sources, allowing users to ask questions about specific projects or customer insights from across their data estate. 

Microsoft agents are already transforming how organisations work through the various agent platforms Microsoft offers. Users can create individual agents using the Agent Builder. Power users and organisations can create agents in Copilot Studio that use many data sources, both within the Microsoft platform and thousands of connectors available in Power Platform. 

Agent 365
