Leading IT infrastructure provider, Softcat, have done the double at VMware's annual Partnership Leadership Summit, scooping not only the Regional, but also the Global VMware Partner Innovation award for having the ability to Transform Network and Security.

These accolades recognise the sharp focus and huge effort that Softcat have placed on incorporating VMware's technologies into highly innovative solutions, transforming networking and security offerings to organisations across the country.

VMware provide cloud computing and platform virtualisation software and services, working in partnership with Softcat to build bespoke solutions to enable digital transformation within organisations. The Softcat team picked up these awards during the Global Innovation Award Ceremony at VMware's invite-only Partnership Leadership Summit, held in Scottsdale, Arizona. The summit allowed an opportunity for partners to interact, share best practice and learn more about new and innovative developments and achievements within the VMware partner ecosystem, culminating in the awards ceremony.

Softcat's Chief Technologist, Dean Gardner said, "It's a massive honour to collect the awards on behalf of the team at Softcat. To be recognised at a Regional and Global level is a truly massive achievement.
