Following an inaugural appearance last year, Softcat were pleased to once again be included in the 2018 list of top 50 Best Managed IT Companies.
The award, which celebrates best business practice by MSPs and VARS, sees companies evaluated in 12 key areas of business through around 200 questions designed to measure best practices, and follows a day of presentations and interactive sessions based around the value that the channel brings – even in a world where Cloud-based technology is prevalent.
The award was collected on behalf of Softcat by Lance Williams, Head of Services Portfolio Management, at the Institute of Directors last week.
Commenting on the award, Graeme Watt, Softcat CEO, said: “Our focus is to deliver the best service to our customers, and our ability to exceed customer expectations is down to the way our management team work in tandem with the rest of the team to deliver best practice standards across the entire business.
