Collaboration

As a Softcat Services Partner, you’ll sign up to our Partner Programme and will have a named Partner Manager to work alongside you. We’ll help manage your pipeline of work and make sure that opportunities find their way to you. We’ll also work with you to develop a 12 month business plan and schedule quarterly meetings to review progress and collaborate on new ideas.

Support

We will support you with marketing as well as training, call out sessions and structuring incentives for the sales team. We’ll also welcome you to our offices and arrange beneficial meetings with our team so that we can move forward together.

How to become a service partner

Step 1.

The first step is to complete our form so that we know who you are and have all your details. We’ll then arrange a session to learn more about your organisation.

Step 2.

If we agree we’re a good fit, we’ll carry out a few background checks and then set up the commercial and legal contracts to sign.

Step 3.

We’ll work through your first engagement with you and make sure all the processes are working smoothly between you and the customer.

Step 4.

You’ll then join our Services Partner Programme and meet your Partner Manager. Then we’ll set up regular business reviews to review progress and collaborate on new ideas.
