Tell us about yourself?
I hold an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Human Resources, and I went on to complete my Master’s in Business immediately after earning my bachelor’s degree. Over the past 16 years, I’ve worked across a variety of industries—including public relations, IT solutions in the government sector, a non-profit, and an e-learning company. In 2021, during the height of the pandemic, I joined Softcat. I’ve truly valued the opportunity to be part of the company’s growth and expansion in the U.S. market. Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler who loves spending time outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, kayaking, or exploring new wineries with friends during the warmer months, I enjoy staying active and connected to nature. I also a have two 11 year fur babies, Bella and Miles.
What drew you to apply at Softcat?
What drew me to Softcat was the company's strong culture. I noticed that they really do put their employees first. I also had the unique opportunity to be one of the first U.S. employees, which gave me a front-row seat to its expansion in a new market. It’s been incredibly exciting and rewarding to help lay the groundwork and watch the business grow from the ground up.
Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give yourself at the start of the recruitment process?
I’d remind myself that joining a company during its expansion phase comes with unique challenges and exciting opportunities to make a real impact. Embrace the uncertainty, be proactive, and don’t be afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
How has your Softcat experience been so far and is there anything you’d like to share with us which has been a highlight in your career?
My experience at Softcat has been both rewarding and inspiring. Being one of the first U.S.-based employees, I’ve had the rare opportunity to help shape the foundation of a growing operation. Watching the team expand, celebrating our first wins, and seeing the Softcat culture take root in a new market has been a true career highlight. It's not often you get to be part of something from the ground up while also being backed by a strong, established brand.
What advice would you give someone thinking about joining Softcat?

What are you most proud of in your time at Softcat so far?
One of the things I’m most proud of is being part of Softcat’s early growth in the U.S. market. Joining during the height of the pandemic presented unique challenges, but it also offered a rare opportunity to help shape the foundation of something new and playing a role in establishing the company’s culture.
