Softcat has been awarded New Business Partner, Revenue Partner and Managed Services Partner awards at this year's Snow Software Awards Ceremony, held at The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield on 29 April.

The Snow Software Awards are held annually to promote and celebrate the achievements of their one hundred partners. A panel of Snow Software employees selected Softcat to win three awards this year. They reflect the value of the Software Asset Management (SAM) service and the successful working partnership between Softcat and Snow Software.

Stuart Pearce MBE, England football legend, presented Softcat's asset management team with the New Business Partner of the Year Award for the most customer acquisitions throughout 2015. The Revenue Partner of the Year Award was given following a year that saw Softcat achieve more global sales than any other UK partner.

Softcat's drive to provide their customers with the most beneficial SAM services via a recently enhanced service platform, which includes Snow Software products, secured them their third accolade, the Managed Services Partner of the Year Award.

Allen Manville, alliances and business development director at Snow Software said: "Softcat has been recognised for their growth in the SAM market by receiving 3 out of 6 awards this year. The competition was close and strong with the majority of SAM partners embracing the rapid growth of Snow in the SAM market in the UK and the recently announced Snow Global Partner Program, which drives growth through the alignment of skills, services, sales enablement and measuring of customer success.

As a Snow Platinum partner, Softcat's Snow offering and SAM services led to a phenomenal year of new customer growth which clearly resonated with customers signing multi-year managed services agreements. With Softcat offering the complete Snow portfolio of Snow License Manager, Snow Device Manager, and Automation Platform we are seeing customers demanding 4th Generation SAM to manage their estate from datacentre to mobile.

They have set the bar very high for 2016, but with the success and momentum we see another big year ahead."

Colin Brown, managing director for Softcat said: "We are excited to have won three awards this year. It demonstrates our drive for continued growth by developing platforms to meet customer needs and retaining customers. We have Snow as our tool of choice for Asset Management, we train our consultants to a high level and have a great relationship with all our Snow Software colleagues. Customers enjoy the ROI that Snow can deliver in a challenging market."

Softcat was also recently awarded Snow Platinum Partner, just one of three in the UK.
