Rapid7 (Nasdaq: RPD), a leading provider of security visibility, analytics, and automation capabilities, recently announced Softcat as the Largest Growth Partner in UKIE and InsightVM Partner of the Year.
The awards were presented during the Rapid7 Partner Summit 2019 in Lisbon, in front of 115 key partners, and hosted by the Rapid7 leadership team
Presenting the first of the two wins, Largest Growth Partner in UKIE, UKIE Sales Director Chris Hartley said: “Softcat have a fantastic understanding of Rapid7's platform solutions in addition to utilising their resources efficiently and effectively which has undoubtably contributed towards their outstanding performance and growth of over 100% in the last 12 months.”
The second award, InsightVM Partner of the Year, was presented by Senior VP of International Growth, Richard Moseley: “Softcat’s invested knowledge of Rapid7's InsightCloud solutions and close partnership with local teams resulted in creating and closing the highest number of InsightVM deals in the last 12 months with the largest revenue across EMEA. This is truly outstanding. A well-deserved win.”
Accepting the award, Phil Hargreaves, Networking & Security Specialist Deputy Team Leader, said: “I’m pleased to accept these awards on behalf of the Networking and Security teams within Softcat. We’re continuing to invest in our teams and they continue to go from strength to strength, and winning these awards demonstrate that we’re making progress in the right areas.”
The Rapid7 Partner Summit took place from 14-15 March, with the aim of bringing Security, IT, and DevOps teams together to drive secure innovation in 2019 and beyond. Keynote speakers from the Rapid7 leadership team included President and COO Andrew Burton, Chief Products Officer Lee Weiner and Co-Founder and CTO Tas Giakouminakis.
