The Dynamics productivity suite is evolving. From the 1st of November, CRM Online and Dynamics AX7 will become Dynamics 365. We think this is a great improvement, with some really advanced, cutting-edge capabilities. As always, we want to share these new benefits with you, so we've put together a fact file of all you need to know.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is the next generation of intelligent business applications in the cloud. Historically, the front and back offices have been treated as separate entities, however, with the recent changes to Dynamics 365, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) have been brought together to provide a complete productivity suite which removes the challenges that may have once resided in integrating these systems.
Purpose built for each organisation, D365 is designed to be personalised in a way that allows organisations to start with what they need, adding applications as their requirements grow. D365 delivers applications to help manage specific business functions including sales, customer service, field service, operations, finance, marketing, and project service automation. Its unique customisable nature means it can help accelerate organisational transformation, meeting the changing needs of the organisation and delivering tangible benefits.
D365 seamlessly integrates with Office 365 applications, giving staff a familiar user experience and allowing them to work in a number of different applications whilst staying in the context of their task. Additionally, D365 allows application and platform integration, enabling systems to work smoothly alongside each other and reducing the frustration of having to switch between different applications and platforms.

This built-in intelligence enables a quick and effective alteration to the way teams are working, ensuring everything is operating at optimal efficiency. D365 is totally adaptable to fit an organisation's requirements. Applications can be custom built and systems connected to ensure staff are given the relevant information for their role.
