You'll get an overview of our business and learn about our key markets, customer base and competition, as well as training on internal systems and processes. Depending on your experience and department, you'll attend workshops to build your skills in specific areas.
We'll build you a tailored progression plan, showing how your role could grow and outlining additional training that's available at every step.

This is our chance to find out what you’re looking for, and determine whether we could be a good match for one another.
We'll get to know you a bit better through an interview with our recruitment team, and you’ll also be given a short written test to assess your English, Maths and Verbal Reasoning level. This helps us ensure you get the right T&D support once you join us.
If we think that you have the passion, dedication and drive to excel with us, you’ll have a second face-to-face interview. This will be with the manager for your department, and will focus on your role-specific ability as well as your ‘team fit’.
Depending on your role, you might also have a final face-to-face interview with a Director before we make you an offer.
