Job Description

As the Cisco Prime specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide 3rd line technical support to both Softcat and its customers. You’ll configure, fault find, trouble shoot and resolve issues on Cisco supported devices.

You’ll join our managed services team with existing Cisco Prime and networking skills; you will be able to implement configuration changes and provide end-to-end incident support to our Managed services customer. You will also provide telephone support to our PSS customers. Additionally, you may be required to help your colleagues with R&S based incidents as and when needed.

Key experience and qualifications

In addition, you’ll be happy to take part in an on-call rota and either be, or able to be, Security Cleared.
