About the Team

You will be joining Softcat’s Customer Services Team in our Marlow Head Office. The Customer Services team’s primary focus is to manage the returns process from start to finish and to assist with rectifying customer billing issues for set sales teams. You will be working in a busy and friendly team, with a great working atmosphere.

Your Role

Due to continued growth within Softcat, the Customer Services department is looking for an Apprentice to join the team. Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the team. Full training will be provided.
