*We are splitting the afternoon of Kick Off into 3 areas. After lunch in the Partner Arena you will go into separate sessions depending on your area of business before all coming back together again at the end. The sessions are:
Sales - The Monarch Suite (includes sales support)
Technical - Pavilion
Operations - Westminster
If you are unsure which session you should be in, ask your manager.
Matt/James/RWG/Ant - Sales session
Mike - Technical session
Doug/Richard/Graham/Al - Operations session
**If you are staying for dinner but not for the night, so do not have a room to get ready in, please try and find a friend with a room to get ready with.
All travel to and from the event will be organised by TravelCat. Please specify your requirements when RSVPing.
Coaches depart from your office at the following times:
Bristol - 7:45am
Leeds - 8:00am
London - 7:30am
Manchester - 7:45am
Marlow - 8:15am
Flight departure times:
Dublin - Flight departs at 6:25 am
Glasgow - Flight departs at 6:45 am
Due to popular demand and to make the departure on Sunday easier, we have staggered the leaving times on Sunday morning:
Bristol - 10am
Leeds - 10:15am
London - 10am
Manchester - 10:30am
Marlow - 9:45 am
South Coast - 7:30am
If you miss the transport to or from Kick Off it is then your responsibility and costs cannot be claimed on expenses.
Breakfast: Sunday's breakfast is included for everyone staying the night. Just head down to the Boulevard restaurant and provide your room number.
Car parking: Our event has a reduced rate of £9 per day. A code has been set up for us, you need to go to the paying machine located by concierge desk to pay.
You need to enter the code: DDEKR to gain the reduced rate and can pay direct there.
You can also pay online using https://www.bhmparking.co.uk/. This is only available to do while the event is on, not in advance.
Please note that car parking spaces are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Cars parked in the NEC car parks are out of the hotel's control and charges are variable.
As we provide free transport from each office, if you chose to drive you are responsible for the parking charges and these cannot be claimed back on expenses.
Check out: There are 'Quick Check Out' boxes in reception. If you don't have a room service/bar bill to settle, you can drop your room key in them. Check out is 12noon.
Leisure & spa facilities: The pool and leisure facilities are available to all staying the night and free of charge. If you would like a spa treatment, you need to book in advance and make payment yourself.
Dress code: Make sure you wear your new Kick Off T Shirt on the day (these will be sent to your office in advance) The evening is the usual smart attire.
Bar & room Service: During the dinner there will be beer, wine and soft drinks provided by Softcat. Any other drinks you wish to order must be paid for. There is a fully open bar at the party.
There is a 24 hour lounge bar at the hotel, please note drinks from here are not included in the Softcat open bar, and must be paid for separately. In order to be able to order at this bar you must first register a card against your room at reception. Also, if going to the bar after the party, please be respectful of other guests.
If you want to order room service, you will need to register a card at reception and pay the bill before checking out on Sunday.
