As a Microsoft Cloud Platform Solution Provider (CSP) program partner, Softcat are able to provide a range of Support Services to organisations who are interested in, or are already, consuming Microsoft Cloud Platform services, such as Office365, Dynamics365, EMS and Azure. Our Microsoft Cloud Platform Service (MCS) gives your organisation the ability to choose a Support Service that meets your requirements as well as your budget.
The flexibility of Softcat's Microsoft Cloud Platform Service (MCS) allows you to amend your licence requirements as often as you like in line with business demands, whether that’s on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. In addition, Softcat's MCS can be used in conjunction with all other purchasing routes available to access Microsoft Cloud Platform Services.
By migrating licencing requirements to Softcat's MCS your organisation will benefit from monthly billing in arrears, in contrast to in advance, which provides greater visibility and management of cash flow and reduces the likelihood of incorrect billing.
With Softcat CSP support included in your licensing, our customers can benefit from 24/7 Office 365 Support offering industry-leading response times. With access to our Operations Centre, you will have the ability to raise a support ticket 24 hours a day. Our ISO27001 certified Operations Centre can provide telephone and remote assistance along with technical guides to help administrators with questions such as: I am subscribing to Online Services via CSP, how do I deploy these? I see new applications appearing in my Office 365 portals. I’m paying for these through my Office 365 subscription. How do I best utilise these new apps? We plan to use more Online Services from Microsoft over the next 12 months. How can Softcat assist with this?
Activation emails, portal logins and complex purchasing processes are things of the past with our Microsoft Cloud Platform Service. Management of licences can be done via Softcat's own eCommerce platform, eCat. Within eCat you can manage licence consumption and view current and projected Azure usage, as well as access detailed billing information, both current and historic.
As part of the Softcat CSP offering, Softcat have a comprehensive 24/7 Azure support offering that is available 365 days a year for business-critical support. Our Azure certified technical team are on hand to provide various aspects of support ranging from advisory services through to problem diagnosis and resolution.
