On top of the Best Workplaces listing, Great Place to Work honoured Softcat with the ‘Delivering Excellence in Leadership’ special award, in the large business category, also for the second year in a row.

The Great Place to Work ranking recognises the company as having a high trust, high engagement workplace culture which attracts and retains talent and helps drive business success. The methodology behind the award ranking is one of the most rigorous available and uniquely comprises both an employee survey and an audit into organisations’ management and HR practices. To be successful, participating organisations must achieve a high minimum score in their employee survey, a survey that measures the levels of employee trust and engagement.
