Softcat ranked 8th best European workplace

Weeks after achieving second place in the UK’s Great Place To Work scheme, Softcat has come 8th place in the European ranking, out of over 2,300 companies from 19 countries taking part.

This is the best thing I could hope to hear.” He added, “Every year Softcat continues to grow, and for us to maintain this kind of reputation for a company our size is a real testament to our strong culture – I’m proud to manage such a genuinely unique workplace.”

According to an earlier external survey of Softcat staff, 91% agreed with the statement ‘Management shows a sincere interest in me as a person, not just an employee’, and 95% would recommend working there to others.
