At the 2017 Cisco Partner Summit, held in Dallas, Texas this week, Softcat picked up two awards, UK&I Services Partner of the Year and UK&I Cisco Capital Partner of the Year.
The 3-day event was hosted by Cisco CEO Chuck Robbins and Senior VP for Global Partners, Wendy Bahr, supported by other senior figures within Cisco, and attended by senior partners from around the world to share insight, network with channel partners and reflect on successes throughout the Cisco worldwide channel.
The award for UK&I Services Partner of the Year was presented by UK & Ireland Chief Executive Scot Gardner, in recognition of the outstanding performance and growth in delivering attach services to customers. Softcat provide both Cisco-led and partner-led Softcat Cisco Support (SCS) to drive a rounded services proposition to customers.
The award for Cisco Capital Partner of the Year was presented by Angela Whitty, UK Partner Organisation Managing Director. Softcat work closely with Cisco Capital to recognise customer requirements so they can deliver bespoke financial solutions.
Collecting the award, Richard Wyn Griffith, Solutions Sales Director at Softcat, said "We are really delighted to collect these awards – we've listened to our customers' requirements and worked closely with Cisco to develop relevant and market-leading service and finance options – there is a team of people in Softcat responsible for our performance in these areas, and it's great to see that recognised within these awards"
