Please ensure everyone from your organisation who plans to attend has registered for their own ticket as they will need to be scanned on arrival. Although the partner forum is taking place at the same venue as the evening May Ball, it is your choice who is invited to the Partner Forum - it does not have to be the same attendees as those attending the May Ball.

What is the agenda for the Partner Forum in the day?
The Partner Forum event starts at 1:30pm (arrival from 1pm) until 4:30pm followed by post-event drinks in Alexandra Palace Palm Court.
Who should attend the Partner Forum?
It is your choice who is invited to the Partner Forum as well as the evening May Ball event. It does not have to be the same attendees to each event.

How do I get there?
Please make sure you arrive at the Palm Court entrance.
What is the dresscode?
Smart-casual. Please note there are no formal changing facilities for changing if you are attending the evening May Ball, however there are bathroom facilities and storage for bags.
Is there a cloakroom?
We will have a cloakroom open within Palm Court for you to store any belongings for the duration of Partner Forum and May Ball.
