The recruitment and selection process

Your application is important to us and we’ll make every effort to keep you informed during the recruitment progress. 

All vacancies are managed through our Marlow head office and job interviews will take place at one of our offices. On the whole we follow the same recruitment process:

1st Interview - For some roles, this may involve attending one of our open days. If this is the formula for the interview, we’ll let you know what to expect from the day.

2nd Interview – During the interview we’ll carry out a short psychometric test and a member of our HR team will discuss your results with you. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet members of the management team. We’ll discuss and consider your career aspirations and experience for the role you’re applying for.

For some roles you may be invited back for a further interview or to meet other members of the team. You’ll be advised should this be required.
